It took over 30 minutes to get our food and there not that many customers there . Even though this is unusual it was upsetting . I ordered something different this time and the sandwich was cold and it should have been warm , a Reuben

Staff were friendly, food was made in a timely manner, and the food tasted amazing!
I normally love the food but today was just not that day. We come probably one a month or so and we waited 30 minutes for 2 sandwiches and some fries. They were not busy but instead complained about how horrible their was and how they are going to tell her off. This is while we waited there were 2 other sets of people ahead of us. We got our sandwiches I went to grab a fry and they were cold idk how but they were cold so he gave me another set. We got home and my sandwich was totally wrong and missing about half of what I asked for on it. We’ve never quite had and experience like this before and was not happy at all. The only person who seemed to be paying attention and doing their job was the nice girl ringing us up.
a little expensive, milkshake was thin and not mixed real well excess chocolate left in bottom of cup. food was great
This was the first time in a good long while where the staff seemed utterly uninterested in serving us.
They were patient with me when placing my order because I'd never been there. They explaining pricing to me when ordering extra meat and offered cookies as well which I bought. They thanked me when I left. I will definitely be back. Loved the sandwich last night :)

The first time, had to learn how to order from the DIY cards, but once I got used to it, really liked the process. The ingredients and food are excellent, reasonable prices, and they offer lettuce wraps for low carb diets.

Which Wich has a new way to order your food that makes it very customizable! As a semi picky eater I loved it! The staff were also very nice and very adamant in helping you have a good experience. The restaurant was also very clean! Can’t wait to go again!

I always love Which Wich. Their sandwiches are delicious. They're a good value also. This was my first time using a restaurant.com gift card so I was worried, but the lady at the register knew all about it and we had no problems.
Surprisingly shocked by the weight of the double meat phillies we ordered. Well worth the drive we took to get there to check this place out!
Had Take-out, first time there unfamiliar with ordering process, so made some errors in ordering.
Very good sandwiches! Love the new carrot cake. The only thing is I asked for oil and Vinager on my sandwich and it wasn’t on it. Other then that the food was great.
Had a great experience this time. Not busy nor crowded. Able to use the restaurant.com certificates unlike last time. Courteous employees.
Really like the menu. Favorite item is the Mint Oreo Shake. Need Ketchup or BBQ sauce for cheese steaks. Other visits have been great. Only neg so far was this last visit my wife requested no onions on cheese steak and was take out so she did not want to go back to say anything.

You've absolutely got wonderful egg salad. I've noticed some franchises have dropped the large. Please keep the 14" option!
