I had requested a booth by the window, and we were seated in a different sections that does not have windows, also the waiter served my wife the wrong wine ( $20 more per glass) although the manager did change the bill to the price of the wine ordered.

Our waiter Tim was very pleasant, efficient and accommodating. The noise level was very loud from other patrons near us. The accoustics are not great. We found ourselves yelling to each other instead of quiet dinner conversation. Also, the prices were quite a bit higher than they were last year. Even with our restaurant.com coupon, we still spent $67.00 and that was for petit filet, and a medium prime rib. Salad and potato were included. That dinner would have been $92 without the coupon...and that's with no drinks, appetizers, sides or dessert. Too costly for me to return!

Too expensive for what you got. The two salads were great, but the fish and meat dinner fell seriously short of expectations. For the expensive prime rib dinner, there were no vegetables included. So the rating was good for the salad but fair for the meat and fish.

Now the prime rib was below my expectation and the wait staff was quick to replace it with a much better cut of meat. During our first visit to Ward's last October the food was amazing and we couldn't wait to go back. This visit was slightly disappointing as the Prime Rib was tough - not nearly as good as our first visit. The service was excellent and we will visit again next year.

The service was just fair. I know they had something going on in the bar, but the waiter never came back to ask how are food was until we were almost done. We had to ask for a different bread basket because the first one he brought us the rolls and bread were dry. We also had to ask for more water. The food was very good, but like I said the service was not up to par for Ward's. They always brought a piece of cake for b-days and anniversary's, but not tonight. Guess the waiter was to busy with what was going on in the bar.

I had the Butternut squash ravioli and I was NOT thrilled with it at all, which is my fault as I've also had their Lobster ravioli and didn't care for that either. Today my husband had the ribs and they were pretty good, didn't taste barbequed and it was drowning in sauce! The wait staff was really helpful and overall it was a decent lunch. The prices are mid-range for lunch, but without a coupon, I wouldn't patron the establishment as the food would then be a bit overpriced for the overall quality and taste.

Nice place, excellent service, pleasant atmosphere. But the food has to "step up to the plate too" ... so to speak. The food was not good, and I'm really worried about my guest having the same problem my wife had. The calamari showed good cooking skills but there was something seriously wrong with the reubens and the patty in their top-of-the-line hamburger was as thin as what you get at fast food joints - as opposed to what one expects when eating at a steakhouse.

App? anything while she sat with nothing to eat? That's pretty poor for fine dining.Also when i made the reservation, they asked if it was a special occasion. I said it was our 10 yr anniversary. no mention of it when we got there and no one asked while there. Don't ask for that info if there is no intention to do anything about it.the question below about a revisit really needs a 'maybe' box to check or a 'not for awhile'. we expected better for that price.

The waiter, Patrick was very attentive and a really pleasant individual. When we walked in, we were greeted by hostess who was also very friendly. Our visit from start to finish was wonderful. The service was superb - waitress very personable, efficient; meal well paced; manager stopped by to inquire how things were going. The food was phenomenal - nice dark greens with a medley of chopped cukes/tomatoes/etc. (not just a slice or two) that made for a nice presentation; prime rib was some of the best I've ever had and stood on its own without needing the au jus or horseradish sauce (though I did try both); my husband's veal marsala was also tops and a generous portion (he actually took home some leftovers!); extra sides if desired are served family style. We will definitely return!

Everything was very, very good. My only minor complaint is I ordered a 16oz lobster tail and received 2 8 oz tails. I do not know if they were out, and no explanation was given.Second, and perhaps this is a personal preferance, when having lobster I'd like butter with a candle or sterno underneath to keep the butter very warm. The butter and the lobster tend to lose heat quickly. Having hot butter throughout solves this problem and is the best way it should be served. Other than that everything was excellent, especially the lobster ravioli, the filet, and the creme brule.

The sweet potato fries were also very good, but our waitress had no idea what we were talking about when we asked if you had an aioli for dipping. I think an upscale restaurant should be familiar with what an aioli is. While the brussel sprouts and fish were good, they were a little heavy on the salt. If we come back, it will probably be for happy hour specials. The entrees seem a bit overpriced. We liked the atmosphere in the bar area and enjoyed the football games.

This evening's portion of 'prime' was extraordinarily delicious and enjoyable beginning to end. The au jus was particularly complimentary to the wonderfully roasted beef and I perceived it different from other visits ~ I could be wrong. But tonight it was much more enjoyable. I happened to elect to 'upgrade' my salad to the 'chopped' rather than the 'house' a bonus for me. I elected to be seated and eat in the dinning room ~ as a single dinner maybe not the preferred accommodation by management (cost wise), but I'm not the biggest fan of the outer lounge when serious about wanting to 'enjoy' great food and service. I like the comfort of the dining room's seating and background music, which are very conducive for a enjoyable meal.

This was an exceptional dining experience! I took my best friend there for her Birth Day. The owner Brian Ward himself came out and chatted with almost everyone in the restaurant. on th way out he chated again with us. The Bone in Rib Eye was fantastic! Same with the Filet! The brought my friend out a piece of chocolate cake that was incredible! Super mosit, chocolate frosting like mouse, with a hint of Raspeberry! i will be going back!

There seems to be a little slippage in overall food quaility. Calamari - a little too over breaded. And oil/fat may have been old. House salad - a little too bland/dry and un-interesting even with a 'lively' 'peppercorn ranch ordered.' Scallops - poor presentation (as compared to the past visits) - taste fine (still good value.) I won't give up on the location as of yet... but getting concerned, getting worried. Service was fine.

For the price, I was very disappointed. My steak & scallops were charred. We sat in the lounge area, which was very cold & I had to wear my winter jacket throughout dinner. Overall, I was not impressed and won't go back or recommend it.

The only negative thing I have to say about the restaurant was the beverages. Since my husband and I don't drink we both ordered non alcoholic drinks, me and iced tea and him a coke, both were very watered down and my coffee at the end of the meal was pretty cold. Other than the that, the meal was very tasty and the service was good.

The steak was perfect...I think they could work on the quality of their salads and sides...these items were good, nothing wrong with them but they were not outstanding like the steak. Service was decent, nothing to complain about but nothing to rave about. I would return for special occassions. Environment was very nice.

I ordered the 10 oz Filet. The quality of the steak was excellent, however it had absolutely no flavor. I would try this restuarnat again, but order a sauce to go with the steak.

We had a VERY nice meal to celebrate the 25th anniversary of our meeting each other. I was his nurse in a hospital so we easily remember the day-1/8/87. The complementary chocolate cake was a fabulous surprise and we really appreciated Sonya's thoughtfulness. The food was great as usual. Thank you for a very enjoyable meal.

They could leave the raw red onion on the salad in rigs instead of finely chopping it. That way a person could pick them off if so desired. The owner seemed very uptight and another customer said he was a jerk. We had no problem with him but smiling is important in establishing a company culture. Our waiter was very pleasant and gave great service.

This as a beyond excellent place. The service was wonderful. The meal was outstanding. We plan to visit again. We all had the Prime Rib. It was cooked to perfection, the house salad and the twice baked potatoe was the best. Can't wait to return.

The service was a little slow in bringing the wine. Also the server had no personality and did not seem to know (care) that when I wanted my steak pink it would be a medium well rather than a medium. When it arrived I had to send it back since it was bloddy red inside. So I ate my potato and veggie until the steak re-appeared. Aside from that the food was great.

Our server was wonderful, and we loved the atmosphere. Our steak was excellent, but the way that they were presented was unsusal we thought. The meat was served alone on the plate, with the potato on a separate plate all of it's own. The steak looked lonley on the plate. Maybe that's just how fancy steak houses serve their steak??? Some garnish would have livened the plate up for us...you eat first with your eyes.

Our food was amazing, the service was great and the staff went above and beyond to celebrate my husband's birthday and finishing the Ironman 70.3. Get the apple cheesecake, it was PHENOMENAL. As were the twice baked potatoes and the scallops.
