The wait staff was great ! Our pizza was over cooked they remade one of them but we were starving and couldn’t wait for all three to be remade.

Carry out. On time. It was our first time ordering pizza from Villa Nova and we all thought the pizza was delicious! The young man taking my order was very helpful...even when I tried to place an order from the wrong pizza place...lol We will definitely be back!

Friendly and attentive staff...great food! The thin crust pizza is the best in Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois.
We had a good experience here, it was just super busy because it had rained a lot and they got busy very suddenly. But our waitress was awesome, even making fun of the little mistakes that she made. So, really nothing to complain about.
There is a fusion in this restaurant that is inexplicable. They have American, Latin, and seemengly accented blends of everything else. My food was absolutely delicious and I would most certainly go back several more times. Prices are decent.
The talk of the town burger and the steak sandwich are our favorites. The grillers special sauce is amazing.

When I walked in the kid cooking was extremely friendly and said someone would be right with me. There was a girl doing dishes just staring off and I continued to stand at counter to pick up my carry out for 2 minutes. The kid cooking literally had to stop making food to find someone to help me. A girl peeked around the corner and said have you been helped? I told her I had a carry out, with my restaurant.com coupon which seemed liked a lot of work for her. She came back after calling in and said sign this copy and this is yours and left. I understand if they were busy but they had one table with a guy reading a book. The guy making the pizza again wished me a good day and thanked me. The food is always good and when I go it's usually friendly, but this last visit was very poor on the service side. Plus when I got home I didn't get any blue cheese for my wings that I asked for, but food was amazing as always!

I love this place fresh salads, great grilled chicken...I wish they would clean up the rest rooms a little bit more. I don't care so much but 2 times my boyfriend said the mans room grossed him out and was a bit to dirty!

We love Villa Nova. We are in the area most weekends through the summer and eat at Villa Nova easily 2 times a month. We even make the one way 35 min drive in the off season once a month just to get their pizza
We ordered over the phone for pick-up. They were really nice while we picked up our food and it was delicious.

I placed a take out order and they sent me the wrong pizza. I was given a credit for it, but less than I paid for it. I also was not given the restaurant.com credit for the refund so I lost out on that too. Not good ...

We Ordered Pizza and Did Not Eat In
Food was good and atmosphere was nice.
Pizza was excellent, fast and friendly delivery too. Disappointing though was the meatball sandwich with dried meatballs and a thick, dry sauce...you really need to figure out how to keep the meatball and sauce "juicy" and not dried out. Also the 3 cannoli were so small and WHY or why??? covered in fudge?
My husband says this pizza is the best and he is south side chicago. The wait staff is so friendly.

This is a classic Chicago thin and crispy pizza, cut in squares, plenty of sausage.Sauce is on the mild side and just the right amount. Similar to NIck and Vitos on the south side. Great pizza!
We always have a great dining experience at Das Stein Haus. They make us feel welcome and treat us like family.

The waitress (Helen) was very personable and the manager came to our table a couple times to see how we were doing.

We waited 40 min for our food to be ready, with not a single other guest dining in at that time. The price seemed high. 1 large pizza and 1 dessert was around $25, I could've gotten twice the food from other pizza chains. The service was mediocre, but the food is outstanding!

Ordered a take out dinner. Person answering the phone was rude, order was not ready on time, cashier was VERY RUDE. Order was not correct, no garlic bread,overcharged. Gnocchi was terrible, sauce was worse.

Weird place. No one was there to seat us, (the sign said wait to be seated) The sweet male bartender doubled as hostess & waiter, & was probably the chef too. It wouldn't surprise me if he swept the floors & took bags to rooms too. Room doesn't feel like a restaurant, open to hall & check-in area. People having meetings all around us, but not eating. One girl in short short torn cutoffs was working on her laptop. This was dinnertime, 6:30-7:00 PM. Very expensive considering the total lack of ambience.
Delivery takes too long. Pizza not hot enough often times.
