Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I did take out. The measures taken by the restaurant and the staff were beyond excellent. Aside from the clear plastic barrier between the staff and customer at the reception area, there was sanitizer, after validating the Restaurant.com on my phone the staff gave me a sanitizing towel to for my phone, the pen was sanitized before and after it was given to me for signature, my credit card was sanitized after I gave it to the staff and before it was given to me. Aside from this, staff was very friendly and responsive. Of course, the food was excellent, as always. Also due to the pandemic, they accepted the certificate for take out even though it was supposed to be for dine in only.
The service was excellent. The food was slightly above average. The appearance of the restaurant is "very tired and needs renovated badly".
Authentic atmosphere and great service. The food is delicious and we enjoy dining there.

My husband and I always get the Tandori Lamb chops with extra onions and peppers: it is excellent! This is the ONLY place we've found that does a stellar job of making this dish! We would not care if they ever had to raise the price as we would pay it. Their food is the best. We're from N.Y., we're particular, and Saffron Patch does not disappoint.
We usually go on weeknights, and it usually isn't really busy but the waitstaff is very attentive. Food is very tasty and for what it costs it is a great value.

I love this place! I Haven't tried anything I didn't like yet! Too bad the buffet isn't spicy :(

Good except chicken overcooked
We had a very pleasant experience from the moment we got to the restaurant. The hosttest was very friendly and quick to seat us. The server was very nice and knowledgeable about the menu. The meal was very good with the exception of the Lamb dish. The Lamb could've been more tender. It was tought.
Staff is fantastic
Took a little while to be seated at they'd just been very busy, but friendly courteous hostess and waitress MSs up for this. Food was also good.

The restaurant is cute and clean, the staff was very friendly. Our server explained the menu to me since it was our first time. It didn't take very long once we ordered, and the food was delicious! We did have an issue with an item missing on our entre, but once we told our server she immediately fixed the issue. So even with that little problem, everything was still great.

The food was delicious, service great. Only issue was the curry was lukewarm. Needed to be heated.
Service is terrible for as slow as they were. We each (2 of us) ordered 2 iced teas. Which took 22 minutes to get. Then one of us ordered a refill, and it took her 10 minutes to return empty handed. She explained for 2 minutes how she was going to brew us fresh homemade iced tea. After another 20 minutes we had to leave. We never got our iced tea. Side salads came out after entrees. Even though we watched her make them off of the buffet. And the total time for our lunch was 1 hour and 26 minutes, which made us late back to work. And for 2 people, our bill was $47. For lunch! It also took 10 minutes to get seated, and there were only 3 tables total. (including us) The food is great, but beware. This place is VERY expensive. And the service is absolutely unacceptable.
