Excellent choices, service and preparation.
Did not honor my restaurant.com certificates and I feel very discarded, disrespected, and disappointed. But the food was ok and I will give them another try one day before I totally give a awful review

Service is good & they accommodate groups with separate checks. Food is excellent, I have always had an good experience eating at Pho Lantern (aka Niagara Seafood back in the day of the store front & freezers!)
I had a limited amount of time. I went there for lunch and the service was quick the food was amazing and I am happy and full! :-) I've been there before, I love it, I will be back!
It took quite awhile to get our food after ordering. The server apologized and explained that there had been a customer order mix up. (inferred it was a large take out order but not sure) Due to the wait initial reaction was to not come back BUT the food was great and the server's repeated apology changed our minds

Absolutely wonderful! Don't judge the book by its cover! This place is absolutely beautiful and elegant! The food was amazing! The owner allowed me to substitute so I could enjoy the garlic ginger sauce! It was out of this world! I would say one of the best restaurants I ever ate at!

despite the outside appearance it was surprisingly clean and elegant inside staff was friendly and efficient food was great and worth another visit

Delicious food. Maybe not totally authentic Vietnamese but still great. Example: Vietnames chicken salad has shredded vegetables, mostly cabbage, and shredded chicken. The one I had did not resemble this, but still was great and I would order it again.

The fried fish tastes like it is from a food service, not hand breaded in your kitchen but the fries were good.I love your soup. I can tell Niagara Seafood made it from scratch.
The pristine and beautiful, salt water fish tanks are an perfect distraction during the short wait for the food.

I had a fish fry and it was the worst fish fry I've ever had they also charged me more for the items I ordered then what was on the menu. They charged me 18% Gratuity even though it was not stated on this certificate I ended up spending more than I would have not using the certificate if I was charged regular menu prices and left a 15% tip like I usually do. I'm not sure if I would have left a tip though because of the poor food quality and being overcharged for what i ordered.
It's so bright in there, we could have done fine surgery!clam/coconut dish was inedible: not only was there NO coconut flavor, it smelled and tasted fishy...not fresh. other food was good, portions too small.
I would of definitely went again but 1/2 lb of shrimp was 8 shrimp...large fries were almost a full small bowl of fries. The chicken wings had alot of fat. My kids did love the chicken. It was my first time I would of thought better service and a quality amount of food. I really would of came back but now I won't.
Owners were very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the food, unfortunately, my husband did not.
Very strange. When we ordered, we were told it was dine in only which we said we knew. We ordered and ate and had a few leftovers. We asked for a box, the usual 'doggy bag' when you dine out and want to take home what you didn't finish. The owner did not want us to have a box because it was dine in only! After some discussion, he gave us one box. I never heard of a restaurant that would did not want you to graciously give you a 'doggy bag'. Because of this very poor business attitude, without the coupon, we will not dine here again. Very distasteful and unnecessary!
