Always a great meal
Size of salmon in the salmon entree was 2 oz when the restaurant mgr said it was 4.
Because of the virus we did pick up and it was still delicious as ever.

We had not visited this restaurant in about 2 years. We decided to have dinner there as we knew the lamb and octopus are excellent. We were presently surprised that they had renovated the restaurant and the menu had been upgraded. Dinner was Great and so was the service. I'll be dining there again soon.

It was not a good as the previous times I was there. The steaks were very fatty. Much worse than we normally eat. In fact, we do not believe it was true to the on the menu. I'm sorry, but I do not recall the type of steak. - It was not cheap!
Food was delicious. Portions were not big but enough to feel full. All people in our party were happy with the meal at this restaurant. We eat here second time. We will visit it again in the future.

This is likely the best restaurant in East Windsor. You would never expect such a great dining experience in a restaurant attached to a Day's Inn but the food was outstanding!

Lamb chops were burned. Ordered them cooked medium, came out well well done.
Had a grizzled piece of filet mignon that the owner was nice enough to take off the bill. Excellent customer service.
Nothing great, just average, that goes for all 3 of us, as I selected Legends and asked the other two people with me what they thought and they said it was just okay. We will not return.

we felt the lamb chops were a small portion. Only four small chunks of meat attached to bone. Salad was very small. Plain and garlic bread was good but meager portion. We asked for second helping on bread which they did accommodate. Service was very good, however.

Legend's Grille is a diamond in the rough. A cozy little place out of the way but well worth the visit. The location may leave you second guessing your decision to go but once the food comes out, you realize that you hit on a great NJ restaurant. Our waitress was fantastic and very knowledgeable about the menu. We will definitely be back.

The restaurant is attached to the Days Inn. Since its small we called ahead to reserve a table. Our reserved table was ready when we arrived and were promptly seated. The waitress was very sweet , attentive and answered all questions we had about the menu items. I've eaten there once before a few years ago and the food is better than I remembered. This restaurants kitchen closes early ( at 8:30) on a Sunday.

SERVICE & FOOD QUALITY WAS POOR.
Delicious food all around! Lamb chops (NZ style) were amazing. Service was very good. I wish the ambiance was a bit nicer-needs updated décor and its in a strange location at the back of a Days Inn. Otherwise, highly recommended for the food.

This was a great surprise, my husband had steak that would melt in your mouth it was so good and I had salmon perfectly done. Our waiter was very informed on all the food and could explain the dishes to us. The desert was fantastic also, Just great experience and we will come back again and tell our friends.

Atmosphere was a little bright. Could have turned the lights down a little. Food was very good, though the rack of lamb came out closer to medium rather than medium rare. Nothing special, even the specials were pre frozen.
The service was great, however where I was seated I could see the cook and the preparation of our food. I didn't how they were using frozen vegetables and boxed mashed potatoes. Also the steak wasn't seasoned.

When I saw it was attached to a hotel I was a little apprehensive, however when we walk it it was cozy. The food was surprisingly good and the service was excellent. I would go back again

Although in a bar atmosphere we felt like we were eating away from the bar and had no problem talking and hearing each other.
Four of us dined there on Saturday night and none of us were satisfied with our meal. The house dressing on the salads lacked flavor. The pork chops were "OK." The salmon was "edible," but the Chicken Marsala was not. My choice of the Shrimp Siciliano was awful. The shrimp was extremely overcooked and I didn't eat them, and the sausage in the meal was kielbasa, hardly a Sicilian ingredient. The vegetables and bread were the best part of the meal. We didn't dare order anything else, and left Legends to have coffee and dessert elsewhere. The confirmation of our disappointment came when none of the staff asked, "How was your meal?"

I was surprised to find it located in a Day's Inn. The food was very good and they gave you are good portion, but the place could of used an update.
Dinner is consistently delicious--from the salad to the main course each item is exceptionally tasty.
Excellent restaurant, however, we would not go there without coupon because it would be too costly

Very expensive for the quality... They need to update their flatware and napkins also..The quality of vegetables was very poor like green beans were not tender and potatoes were all cheap kind..see more on Trip Advisor..

Everything we ordered came out wrong, we asked for all the sauces on the side and the food was dripping in them.

Food was great. Server was somewhat unknowledgeable, but was definitely trying. Great atmosphere. Nice wine selection.
When we saw it was in a motel, we expected mediocre food so the excellent meal was a real surprise.Prices of entrees were on the high side but they did also include a soup or salad and the soup was wonderful.Of course the coupon made it affordable.
Overall our meals were good, however, the mashed potatoes tasted a little watery.

We live about 60 miles away -in Morristown. We have family in the area, so we visit them in order to eat here. Tiny place BUT wonderful food, service and atmosphere.
We were required to pay cash. I did not think that was a requirement on the coupon.
Waiter was inexperienced and needs more training...Food however, was absolutely wonderful!!!
Food as always was excellent but the waiter was not trained and forgot to order the appetizer - was going to do it when he brought the entree - we declined at that point. More attention to the wait staff training would be helpful
