Top class service. When owner’s there, much respect and appreciation.
Love their food, but a little pricey for a hot dog!
We did take-out. 1/4 pound hot dogs were good. Italian hot dog very tasty. Zuchini sticks were soggy and not crunchy enough with no flavor on the breading. Parking was difficult so we parked one block before and walked.
It’s always great food, there’s never been anything other than what is expected. Great to see the business still running smoothly

I called them 15 minutes before closing. And informed them I live approximately 10 to 15 minutes away. They said know worry if you arrive a feed minutes after closing. Your food will be here waiting for you. That's was great service in my opinion.

Italian hot dog was good potatoes were mushy could have been fried more.
This establishment was always known for their Italian Hot Dogs and they're excellent! Their other foods are excellent as well! Onion rings to die for, chicken strips were juicy and flavorful and with all their foods, they give a generous amount. I'm 72 yrs. old and still frequent their restaurant! And NOW with a restaurant.com certificate! WIN WIN!

Great food. Not really able to find Italian Sausage and Hot Dogs like these any where else. If you haven't tried, it you are missing something.
I love this place. I've been a customer since I was young and they were in Newark and Irvington.
We used to eat at Jimmy Buff's years ago when we were kids. They had the best Italian hot dogs then, and they are just as delicious today!

Jimmy Buff's Italian hot dog and sausage sandwiches are legendary in northern New Jersey. They are so big and filled with deliciousness, including the potatos and peppers/onions. It's a very big meal that makes you wonder "how am I ever gonna finish this?" But it is so good, when it's done you wish you had more!
Jimmy Buff’s is a local treat. Never crowded but always good italian style hot dogs. The sides are good as well!
The place was nice and clean. The staff was extremely nice and friendly and the food was beyond amazing and delicious.

The taste of the food was excellent, just like the old Jimmy Buff's in Newark, however, the hotdogs were much smaller.

great food, nothing fancy about the décor but pleasant.
The double hot dog was great except for the bread, I think it was a lower quality bread, it fell apart while I was trying to eat it. I also got the chili which was really bad but everything else that I ordered was good. I will go back again because I am hook on Jimmy Buffs sandwiches.

Only eating here because of certificates. Hamburger had funny smell and taste like it was either bad or frozen too long. Didn't report it because order was take out and didn't feel like going back.
I had sausage with peppers, onions & Potatoes. The vegetables were good but I feel the sausage was starting to go bad. It had a "strange" taste and distinct after taste. I only ate part of the sausage and discarded the rest.
