Every time we've been here, the owner and/or bartender (Geri) are very welcoming/accommodating. Houlihan's provides an enjoyable atmosphere and friendly patrons. The food is excellent and their daily specials reasonably priced. The menu has plenty to choose from, but their Tuesday "Chicken Dinner Special" just became one of many favorites! We only wish we lived a little closer, but it's always worth the drive.
We have been coming to Houlihans for years. The food has stayed consistently great along with their service. Please keep it up!

Excellent food and service!! Love love love the crispy chicken wrap and burger was to die for. And try the home-made chips and fries from fresh potatoes. They were awesome!! AND the appetizer...potato skins...the BEST!!! Will definitely be back
Friendly & helpful
Every time we've gone here, the food and service has been excellent! The menu offers a great variety of choices and the quality/price can't be beat. They have daily food & drink specials and their homemade soup is something I'll go back for again and again. Great owner, people and patrons! I highly recommend this place to any and all - You won't regret it!

Nice local tavern. The patty melt was good. The fish "plate" was one piece of tilapia with bland cole slaw and bland potato salad. I'd stick with the burger and sandwich choices if I go back, or one of the daily specials which looked good

It was extremely busy when we arrived wasn't sure how food would be being that busy. We decide to sit for a minute staff very busy smiling all the time. The cook is who we give most the credit to that had to cook by himself approximately 20 before ours. We worried our wasn't going to be that good. IT WAS OUT OF THIS WORLD!! The portion size was amazing there was so much we had plenty to take home for another meal

The food was hot and the a/c was not freezing like most restaurants. Since it was our first time, we asked the server for recommendations and were very pleased with his suggestions! The banana tempura with ice cream was a delicious ending and best coating ever!
This restaurant is always a pleasant experience. The staff is very friendly, the food absolutely perfect. The atmosphere is very nice. Did I mention that the staff is very friendly? Their Chicken Marsala is the best in the entire Danbury area.

Oh my gosh it was awesome! The service was wonderful, The chicken fried steak is supurb! My son and daughter really enjoyed their entrees too! We will definately be back again soon and are looking forward to trying out all the other menu items and participating in their weekly drawing.
