Delicious. Large selection of paninis& focacia sandwiches, sides & beverages. Lovely setting, great patio seating in the shade overlooking the gardens!
I love the food but service is most usually slow. One server today and only a couple tables filled.
This survey is very hard to punch circle. It took over 30 minutes to get food,I guess because hot sandwich.it was good.

Excellent soup and sandwich. Potato salad was different. Carrot cake tasted like baking soda. Staff and atmosphere were great. I'll probably go back.

I did not feel welcomed. I could tell they are not use to African American patrons. The food was just Okay, nothing to brag about. The ambiance was good. The cashier/waitress seemed to force herself to be cordial to me, although she was not rude. She brought my beverage, but didn't offer a straw. She brought my entree, but didn't say anything like, "Is there anything else you need...enjoy your meal. She just put the plate on the table and left fast. She would benefit from culture sensitivity training. I will be exchanging my other certificate for another establishment.
It was a lovely afternoon and we were able to eat on the patio, which overlooks the gardens. The waitress was lovely. My guest had a panini and I had a Cobb salad. They used to give you a much more generous portion of chicken with the Cobb - in thicker slices, but the last couple of times the chicken has almost been shaved. They also used to give you a little bowl of olives to munch on. They were nowhere to be seen. But the food was fresh and tasty and the people who work there are pleasant. The only downside - which was not their fault - was that the credit card machine was broken. I happened to call ahead of time to make sure they were open, and asked - just to be certain - what cards they took. It was only then that I was told that the machine was broken and I'd need to bring cash. Had I not called, I wouldn't have had enough in my wallet to pay for both meals, so I wish their website had noted the issue. But other than that, it affords you one of the loveliest patio views in town, and after lunch you can wander around and look at the ever-changing artwork and even the gardens. If you like salads for lunch, they have a nice selection.
I wasn't a fan of the food. I got the Milano Focaccia and pasta salad. If hadn't had the coupon I would have paid over 10 for half sandwich that I didn't like and small cup of an odd tasting pasta salad.

I would recommend Fratelli's for lunch.
Great service and beautiful setting. We had 15 in our group and two came late. By then there was a 20 minute back up and so they did not order food. Be prepared to pay more if you bring a cake, etc. $1 per person. Very short menu also.

Took a little longer than usual to be served lunch. No offer of olives during this wait as they used to do.
Their creative use of herbs is outstanding. I'm a vegetarian and never have a problem choosing a veggie dish from their menu.

Great chicken salad, but can't have any of the sandwiches if you have to have gluten free. This is the only reason why i am saying good rather than excellent.

The staff is unfailingly pleasant and helpful; the luncheon portions are just the right size and the menu is nicely (and elegantly) varied.

The sandwich was okay, I think it would have been better if the cheese had been melted and the turkey more evenly spread. The fruit was good side dish.
Nice salad with real baby spinach and tasty goat cheese. Pecans seemed fresh or well toasted.

We had a very nice experience at Fratelli's. The food is always excellent. It took some time for us to get our food and then our ticket, but worth the wait.

Great food service atmosphere
Only negative is that although they are open til 2pm they are often out if the foods I try to order.That is disappointing.Our server disappeared after she took our order; never refilled our drinks and never offered dessert or coffee. Long after we were finished we had to ask for our check.

I really enjoyed the meal as well as the ambience. I would have thought the tilapia oreganato for 23.75 would have been a bigger portion of fish.. One small to medium sized piece seemed a little skimpy. Other than that everything was delilcious.

This is the 3rd time I have been. I asked friends to join me the other times and this time and they loved it too. We have decided to make it our birthday lunch spot.We were on our lunch break and while I appreciate the server not wishing to make us feel rushed, I would have liked the check a little sooner. Other than that the service and server were very good.

I like Fratelli's because it is different, more like a tea room and quaint. The patio was lovely since it was so nice out, but the trees were dropping stuff on our table and in our drinks. It was not a problem on our food as it did not hurt our sandwiches. However,I would like to suggest that you provide the little paper coasters which could be placed over the straws to fit down onto the tops of the glasses to keep the debris from falling into the drinks. Or else, more umbrellas!:)
Wish they offered sweet tea. Kind of pricey. Salad and Soup Combo would be enjoyable.

we enjoyed this restaurant very much..the atmosphere was great and want to visit again in the spring when everything is blooming.
The lunch was some of the best food I have eaten. The white bean soup was very well seasoned and the panini I had was scrumptous. Sabina is a wonderful owner and hostess.

This place seems like a ladies lunch place, which we love. we might go back..the food was good but the space was extremely quiet except when i child was screaming in the lobby. some music or door would have helped with the noise.
