Prime rib was NOT a quality cut of meat... was not tender like a prime rib should be. The cook did the best they could it was cooked perfectly but the cut was NOT a quality grade... thus made it a tough slab of meat!

The place was warm, great waitresses, decorated for the season and the ribs are fantastic and they even have Bud light on tap! What more can one ask for.
We reluctantly purchased this restaurant.com coupon due to the poor reviews on the service and cold food, no apologies for poor service or the cold food, many other issues with this place. We didn't experience those issues, but I did ask the waitress why they had such poor reviews, she really couldn't say, except that some people are bound to be unhappy. My food was hot and very good, my husband's on the other hand was hot, but the fish was oil soaked and a bit under cooked, yet over-browned crisp. Service was good.
Had the t-bone dinner with salad bar. Loved every bite! Cooked exactly the way I like it -- extra well done. And still tender & juicy!! Service was excellent! Highly recommend!

Great Walleye...more than enough to eat. Took home a one pound burger and buffalo wings...these were excellent as well.

Wonderful experience. Wait staff very friendly and helpful. Owner/Chef came out to talk to us and make sure we enjoyed everything...also very personable and friendly.
This was my 2nd visit. The 1st visit was a disaster due to the server, but food was great. So gave it a 2nd chance. Had a great server this time. Very willing to go back -- even take friends this time.
Food was good as usual, but I especially want to compliment our server, Carolyn, who was friendly and attentive without hovering.

Prime rib on a weekday evening and it was wonderful! so good not only did we tip our waitress well I gave the cook a $5 tip.
meals were served 5 min apart. I was almost finished before my daughters was brought. She ordered a hand roll maki. Was brought a standard roll and we were charged for the expensive one. Beautiful restaurant but food value and timing need to improve
We spent 1 1/2 hours at the restaurant. We were waited on promptly, but the food took a really long time. It was okay food, but not exceptional or worth waiting that long for.
