the waitress was the best part of the dining experience. food wise the spaetzle, veggies, and espresso coffee were the highlight of the meal.
The chicken Francaise and the Jaegerschnitzl were excellent, good portion, and the crusty bread also great. They lost one star because their parking lot is a mess, potholes filled with water, muddy, etc. Not pleasant.

Perfectly cooked filet mignon, as I experienced previously, which I ask for as rare; it was not too rare, nor too 'medium rare' that some restaurants interpret as 'medium.' I've learned to ask 'rare.' And it was just right! Though there is more salad than we'd choose, the dressing is delicious. (We bring our own 'to go containers' to enjoy excess at home). The sauce for my husband's dish with mushrooms was one of the veal choices and it added lots of flavor to my filet! But the filet mignon was excellent with the pepper sauce it came with.
Service was excellent. Food was very good. Atmosphere was pleasant.

The food is not fresh. After the salad ( which was very good) it all went down hill. The dessert, rice pudding (just made?) was the worst I have ever had and the $7 price was a rip off. I wasn't aware of the price till I got the check. I will never go back nor recommend this establishment.

The German food is excellent, the spaetzle is to die for. The snapper was VERY good, and the portions were more than adequate. The atmosphere is pleasant, particularly the garden room. The waitress was on her game and the support people did not let anything go amiss. Well worth the trip.
My parents have been coming here for years. They are well-known by the staff and the service is always EXCELLENT.

Having a pizza store you have to walk through was a little tacky.
My second time there and it had been several years. I will return for another meal sooner than that this time. Much better than I remember and great specials.
The food is family style and we had to ask several times for more veggies and more noodles (the waitress brought 1 of each initially for 5 people), however, most of the food was tasty for the most part. Guylash (Goulash) left something to be desired (we are Hungarian so we were somewhat disappointed). The decor is COMPLETELY outdated! We were waiting for Gordan Ramsey to jump out! Staff was very friendly.
This was our 1st time there. The food was great and the atmosphere was great also. Had a very nice time and will definitely be back.
