just didn't like the food; most everything was fried and not very tasty
Simple pub fare, but extremely well done.
Way too loud and where was the waitress???
The waitress was not helpful. Music was too loud and not appropiate for families with kids. there was strong smell to cigars, I wouddn't recomend it to anyone, I even didn't enjoy the food. There was a mistake on the bill so it took too long to check out.
my printer didn't work; I took the validation # and no problem they called restaurants.com and verified and I was able to use the discount with no problem.
Took over one hour to receive our food. The waitress was kind, though.
Nice clean bar with good food.
There were only a few customers in the restaurant while we were there, so I expected the food to come a little sooner. However, the food was worth the wait. The hamburgers were the best I've ever eaten, and the price was reasonable, given all the extras. Also, the waiter was very attentive and a great representive for your restaurant. We will be back!
Server was polite. Only 1 out of 5 liked their food. We each tried the other's meals and they were not good.

The calamari had a rubbery texture which made me believe that it was either precooked and reheated or just overlooked. I was told that the Alfredo sauce could not be served on the side of the pasta dish I ordered and then the server could not answer if the dish was cooked to order or not.
New owner/mgr is very nice and new menu is tasty. Everyone should give the new guy a chance....he offers great food @ great prices and exciting nightlife!!

This was the worst food I have had in a long time. Starting with the overpriced Calamarie that tasted like rubber down to the steak and salad. The steak was very poor. I would not go back to this restaraunt.
My experience was pleasant and I decided to order some wings for take out. My family loved them and we will return next week for lunch.
Since we always come at the dinner hour we feel the "bar music" is sometimes loud and annoying.
Excellent food and service, plus a great variety on the menu! We'll be back!
This place is terrible. It took us 20 minutes to get a drink, only after we relcocated to the bar. then I had to get the menus so we could order food. The food was like hospital food. Very bad experience. I would not go back there if it was free. Oh yeah, the saving gace was the beer was cold.
Server was REALLY nedw, so we cut him a lot of slack. Otherwise, good.
The owner came over to our table to check on things, and he was very nice.

We original;lt planned our trip to "the city" in order to see the band (Backstreet Betties) that was playing here that night. We were going to have dinner elsewhere but changed our plans when we found the restaurant.com certificate. My SO liked the band but IMO the food was what I would return for. Oh and our server was awesome!
It took a very long time to get our food and there were only a few customers. Restrooms very unclean!!!
We have eaten here when it first opened several times. What a nice surprise to see that it is redone. The food and selection has also improved. Wish there were more tables for families as the high table & chairs are hard with a 2 year old.
Our experience at Broadlands Sports Bar and Grill was fine. I can't give excellent rating because the atmosphere, service and food weren't anything extraordinary, but it wasn't bad.
It was a good sports bar. The happy hour specials were very good. We had wings that were very tasty and a philly cheesesteak that was great. It is a great place for some good bar food and casual atmosphere. We will go back.

Excellent service & Great food.
We have only been to BSBG occasionally, and usually don't eat there. Tonight went for dinner. Food was great, service was excellent. One of the staff was kind enough to offer and give our 2 year old some ice cream which he loved. Will try to come back as often as possible.
